This session will explore the intersection of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to create a more inclusive and equitable learning environment. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how MTSS frameworks can be aligned with DEI principles to ensure that every student, regardless of background or identity, receives the personalized support they need to succeed. Through discussion, one case study, and practical strategies, we will examine ways to address disparities, promote culturally responsive practices, and improve outcomes for all students.
